Recently reset my sword game to start again as it’s one of my favourites and I forgot one thing when moving Pokemon from my old save into Pokemon Home. I didn’t check the Nursery…
In that Nursery was my Shiny Ditto with 6 best IVs that I randomly got in an online trade about 10 years ago.

I don't use reddit for much, but I saw this reddit is still active, so I figure I should make a post to ask people about paths they have saved, and for paths I can't get unless I get help from sword players (I have latios and xerneas). I will probably ask for help on this just twice, so I can get the regular and shiny legends with my OT, that's my main goal! P.S. I hope this can be generally helpful for anyone who needs help, this post isn't exclusively for me getting help.

so I’ve currently come out of the game to post this - this is my first shiny ever in sword !!!! but I have no idea how to deal with it
my background is with violet and arceus where you can see they’re shiny in the overworld and then save before, but I’m not quite sure how to navigate this lmao as I know Pokemon disappear once you flee from a battle
is there any way tactically I can save this if it goes wrong or is it just either you get it or you don’t and a lot of heartbreak?

I didnt think he was that interesting, I dont understand why he has a lame name compared to his brother who has one of my favorite names of all time (Squall "Leon"heart from Kingdom Hearts, specifically)

Wondering if I should change any of my Pokémon. I’m 3 gyms in and tried to capture a diverse range of pokemon but not sure if I should have any different once’s (I’m relatively new to pokemon games so no hate pls) 😭

As the title states I’m looking to shiny hunt the trio right now I’m doing the camp method and I have the shiny charm no luck after about 10+ hours. Asking because I’m on a switch 2 soft resetting is much faster then doing the camp method. My aim is to combine the two how so how do I go about setting up the camp reset + soft resetting because I tried and I just kept getting same roll with the exact same IVs and Nature
