So my friend and I have been in this debate about potato on pizza, basically he is been trying to convince me that potato on pizza tastes good (he has had it somewhere) and I am not able to convince myself that this combination would at all work (the textures are too confusing)

what do you guys think? am I being too conservative or does it actually sound super weird?

Innards of brats, onion, sauerkraut, cheddar on a frozen chees pizza. I’m gonna put bbq on it but raunch is probably most regional acceptable
