Recently, naglakad lakad ako around Pasig for my morning exercise. Napansin ko lang na ang daming homeless from 7-eleven rotonda papuntang RHS. May sumisinghot pa ng solvent pa or rugby yata yun, di ko sure eh, pero may hawak sila na plastic. Parang di na tuloy safe maglakad sa area na yun lalo na kung late night. Sana may gawin yung mga taga barangay dun.
