Petrol Blue Pocket GV Wallet

I haven't figured out the exact setup that works for my yet but am using it for a wallet (so airtag for my ADHD and Galen Leather travelers wallet insert will be permanent). Currently have the cardholder, timeless monthly planner which I'm not sure I love, and dotted journal where you can see I bare it all. I had to noodle around the way I put cards in the Galen insert because the left slots make a huge middle bulk so half of my cards are spread out in the billfold section. My name is embossed with the standard embossing, I have the le loop, and I added a blue ribbon to inside and outside.

I didn't like the notebooks but wish they had they had the book paper in thinner refills so am going to try different inserts to find what I like. And I want a different airtag holder eventually, this is just what I had handy.

I got this on a whim with zero research in February and I mostly love it but am having a little FOMO over natural, cognac, chestnut, and red now that I've seen more pictures of fresh and weathered journals. I wasn't expecting the petrol blue to get so dark (because of the complete lack of research I did) and I'm not sure I like the loss of vibrancy. The fresh teal is so gorgeous and my favorite color.

But overall I'm loving my chunky wallet journal 📔

Pocket Crossword book search

Does anyone have a recommendation for a crossword book that fits in the pocket with no overhang? Ideally cryptic but a good standard is fine as well!

What to get?

Hi all! I’ve been scrolling through this sub for a bit and I was thinking about maybe committing to a PR. For context, I have a Louise Carmen Honoré that I use for school/academic purposes. I’m graduating this year and I’ll still be using my LC during my gap year to prep for law school w/ applications, testing, etc… As a graduation present, I’m thinking about treating myself to a custom PR for my more creative projects (I’m writing a book!)

I really love a B6 size notebook for journaling, and my LC fits three moleskin cashiers, plus a leuchtturm softcover B6. What size do you all think is most similar to the Honoré/what size do you think I would prefer based on the notebooks I already have.

Plus, what is your favorite thing about your PR? Will treating myself be worth it? I would also love to see all your PR’s in the comments. I really like the rounded corners, but I never see them

Cutting MD Paper A5 for Le Portfolio?

Anyone here doing this on the regular? I just got my A5 portfolio and the overhang I could live with… but I’d rather not. I’m not super good at this kind of thing, but I live in Japan and I have a feeling that print shops here won’t be so open to resizing notebooks for me, so I’ll probably have to do it myself.

If not, any suggestions for notebooks that do fit that are FP friendly? I don’t mind the PR refills but they are a little hard to get and living in Japan, I should take advantage of the stationery here when I can.

Trying to buy stuff

I keep hitting walls first on selection which I dealt with and then in checkout I’m trying to use Klarna (which they say is available and sent me a screenshot but the choice doesn’t come up on my end) and with no resolution. Then I tried topdrawer shop and they don’t do it either. I do all my stuff on these and pay with Apple 🍎 Card as they get there. I don’t understand why every seller doesn’t take these methods.

(I would appreciate if I don’t get guidance or criticism about my method or selection of what I like to do and please don’t say OK, you could just do that on your credit card. I’m not looking for that answer. Thank you).

Has anybody bought this way from them and if so, are you located in the United States?
