Day 8: Getting the hang of it
Day 8 of attempting to run (and NO i didn’t run for 8 days in a row). I took some of the advice I got from my last post and I managed to get to 5 minutes running/jogging without feeling like I’m gasping for air.Still going with the cute fits because I lift first before I went on the treadmill 😬

Front pull (back)
Around the world (shoulder)

- 17 sets ABS workout
