i dont know what to do next, plis help

First of all my specs are:

Processor amd ryzen 5

Graphics card NVIDIA RTX 2050

16 gb RAM

Second of all I tryed every rendering option, automatic and opengl works the best but I still encounter stuttering issues, I play on 3x 1080p settings, the games works smooth but i encounter random stutter no matter what game I play and also God of War even freezed on the final boss for a whole few minutes before the freezing stopped (tho this might be because of codebreaker cheats but I am not 100% sure)

Anyway, it is the emulator or my specs? Because it drives me crazy and I dunno what to do and also I have the nightly build of the emulator Edit: I forgot to mention blending accuracy is on basic for every game

my specs & pscx version: V1.7.5769

11th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-11400F @ 2.60GHz

16GB Ram

NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 (12 GB)

game runs poorly (10-25 fps) and like in slow motion

never had this before, with any game i emulated before even on other emulators

I've been playing the Ratchet & Clank trilogy with no problems and then I tried to play Burnout Revenge and Tony Hawk Underground 2, but these two games aren't working any more.

I've been playing specially THUG2 a lot few years ago with no problems and some Burnout, but for some reason the two games don't work any more on the current version of Pcx2 even when I turned off my settings and set it to default the game

I went in my Control Configuration Menu and mapped to buttons on how I wanted to the controller to work but when I start up the game the menu starts the change selections even though I'm not touching the controller. I went to my Game Controller menu in windows and did a calibration of the Flight stick. With all that it still bugs out in the menu screen. Is there a solution on how to fix the problem that is causing this to happen.

I remember playing Urban Reign on ps2. I swear the disk was gameshark but there was a Gun Cheat code, turn it on switch dics. It added the gun to multiplayer amazing Cheat code fun times. I cannot find the game that had the code or even the chest code itself to import. Anyone have it or any ideas where to look? Thanks for the help!

Is my machine not powerful enough or is there some setting I can do to make the games run at 1x? (Please tell me there is). So far I tried Prince of Persia Sands of Time, Bully and GTA San Andreas.

I put pcsx2 on a 2009 iMac10,1 1.0

Resolution 1920x1080

CPU intel core 2 Duo E7600 (2) @ 3

GPU NVIDIA GeForce 9400

RAM 16GB

If it helps, on retro arch said games don’t even start using pcsx2 core and make everything crash.

I modded persona 3 fes with aemulus and i wanna create iso for this. I found i need cvm tool but it dont work on my pc. Actually it worked before when i tried extract data and btl cvms but when i tried make cvm after put mods into these extracted data and btl folders, i got this application cant run on your pc and i got access denied error, idk why. Plus I tested the game around 1 hour and it runs perfectly fine and mods working. These are the mods im using.

How to maximize speed to 100%,before it 35%?

In indoor areas, towns, and combat, the FPS and VPS are both a constant 60. However, upon entering the field/Filgaia zones, the FPS drops down to 30 but the VPS stays at 60 (speed remains at 100% for all areas).

Probably a dumb question, but here I go: is this how the game normally runs, or are there some settings I can mess with to also bring the field zones up to 60FPS?

Does anybody have something could do?
