How to turn this idea into proper script
Name: COLD MONEY
Genre: Crime/Dark/Comedy
A criminal psychiatrist gets an offer to find outs 5 million of stolen cash which disappeared by a delusional Fundraiser who paybacks the same stolen money to people who doesn’t even exist.
But the fundraiser don’t know he is delusional and still thinks he debt to investors and the investors hunt him down. Psychiatrist can’t solve it because he repeatedly says investors are hunting me so I need money and psychiatrist understands he has rare condition called delusion of poverty.
I am an amateur writer/director, I am visualising this project from last two months, its started with two mad guys comes to the town and target rich individuals and steal cash and died by cops, now ended with one delusional fundraiser who disappears money.
This is complex and involvement of lot of character driven story
And the screenplay starts with conversation between psychiatrist and delusional fundraiser and ends with finding out the disease which can’t resolved and sadly the money never finds to the right people.
Problem is I always raise logics to my story what is this/How is this gonna happened, type questions in my mind.
Which makes my project hard to write it on paper.
Please help me and give suggestions.
