Family at 33

Hi, I’m 33 male.
I work as an RN in a hospital. I love my job, but when I get to my apartment it feels empty.
I got a mainecoon cat, and a home gym.
I got pretty bad experience in relationships.
Today I think to myself if I should even bother with this topic and the dream to have a family.
Anyone at their 40’s can give me an insight about their single life ?

Turned 40, dropped 22lbs of fat & feel strong again – My Peptide Stack

Hit 40 and realized my body wasn’t bouncing back like it used to. Dad bod creeping in, slow recovery, and stubborn belly fat no matter what I did. Decided to try peptides alongside solid training and diet.
8 months later: Down 22lbs, visible muscle again, sleeping great, and joints feel 10 years younger.
My Simple Stack:
• CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin nightly – GH boost for fat loss + muscle retention
• Tesamorelin – Targets belly fat specifically
• BPC-157 + TB-500 – Rotated for recovery and old injuries
Kept doses conservative, got bloodwork, and paired it with 5x lifting + high protein.
Results at 40:
• 218 → 196lbs
• Waist down 3.5 inches
• Way better energy and zero nagging pain
Peptides aren’t magic, but they made the grind feel easier and the results stick.
Anyone else in their 40s running peptides? What’s working for you? Drop your experiences or questions below 👇
TL;DR: Simple peptide stack + training helped me lean out and feel strong at 40.

I used to wear wigs bc it was fun for dress up occasions. Now it’s just bc I don’t have hair (sigh)

A perfect storm of menopause, autoimmune issues, and emotional abuse had just about all of my hair falling out. I tried to make the best of it for a few years (denial, anyone?), but this January, it became obvious that a daily wig was now a must. That meant wearing a lot of platinum blonde for a while (which I didn’t hate, it just made me feel like I stood out and standing out for my hair wasn’t ideal). So recently, I treated myself to this beauty. Super close to my natural hair color, and really good quality, especially for the price ($90-ish from Amazon).
Setting it each morning was nerve wracking at first, but now it’s just “doing my hair”.☺️

In the picture, it’s pulled back in a ponytail - down, it’s 20”.

54 and life is good.

I’ve been focusing on health for the past few months, gym, eating healthy, vitamins. It’s made such a huge difference in how I feel. It’s not too late guys!
