I urgently need help regarding a cyber complaint issue in Noida (Gautam Buddha Nagar), specifically under Kasna Beta 2 Police Station.

My Jio number was blocked due to a cyber complaint registered at Kasna Beta 2 Police Station. I managed to trace the complainant through my local Cyber Police Station, and he has clearly confirmed that he reported my number by mistake.

However, the officials at Kasna Beta 2 Police Station are insisting that either I—or someone on my behalf—be physically present there to resolve the issue, which is very difficult for me as I’m not based in Noida.

Timeline:

• Complaint registered: 2nd March (Kasna Beta 2 PS, Noida)
• My number blocked: 19th March
• Jio raised re-review request with Cyber Department: 26th March
• Status: Still pending with Cyber Cell, Kasna Beta 2 / Gautam Buddha Nagar

The issue is that my number remains blocked, and I’m unable to get any response from the concerned Kasna Beta 2 Cyber Cell in Noida, beyond being asked for in-person presence.
