Should I be concerned for the battery?

Noticed a very slight bulge (gotta run your hand along to notice it) where the battery is on my N2DS XL. I only got it about a month ago from a family whose kid hasn't touched it in years.

Wanted to check if this might be normal only because of the scratch marks at that spot (pic). I've been pretty careful with this device since I got it so doubt I've caused all the scratches which makes me think it's been this way for a while.

Thanks in advance from someone who really doesn't want to try to replace the battery on this model.

Don’t know which system to main

So I just recently found my old 3ds consoles I have my new 3ds xl (solgaleo edition) that my parents got me when I was younger and my new 3ds(small) that I got on Black Friday for like 100 bucks years ago, the small one was still in its box(I don’t do reselling) so I opened it up and surprisingly love the way it feels in hand and everything is sharper on it BUT it’s a dual TN now my 3ds xl has an upper IPS but a little bit of yellowing so a little conflicted? I know this is kinda stupid but I got the tism so these things get me

Is the regular o3ds worth getting?

Idk if I should get the old 3ds or old 3dsXL. I’m only really gonna play like 2-3 games maybe. I’ve heard the old3dsXL is bad in terms of durability and that the hinges will break at one point meanwhile the regular 3ds is sturdy? I’m not interested in buying the New versions.

Any suggestions?

Thinking of buying 3ds to join the party but I need some help!

Hi everyone! After a lot of thinking I decided to buy 3ds XL and I tried searching for best option on ebay and was kinda stumped of all the listings. Does anyone have any advice for getting into this hobby? Should I get JPN edition, or ENG one (don't know the difference except the language if there is any)? IPS or other screen? If you have any verified sellers or listings you are more then welcome share or DM me. 3ds/2ds new xl pricing - how much is too much?

Hello ds community 😊 recently I have gotten back into my interests for a ds, grew up playing them whatever. I bought a 3ds on Mercari for 200$ but I want to get a larger one either 2ds or 3ds xl. Most I see are 300+ on eBay, fb, Mercari etc and I want to know if I’m dumb to pay that much/ best places to look. Thanks in advance!!!!
