Little cargo mule :-)

I need to refill my water supply at my workplace, so 6x1,5L water bottles (>9kg) have to come with me. The topbox is already full, so the frunk is the one to be used. Obviously a a little visibly it doesn't close, but for my 20 Km highway commute this is not a problem at all. I've done it several times now and can say that works great as water transportation mule :-D

LPG bottles transporting?

Rental has LPG bottles for the cooktop (9kg, why I don't know!) and just ran out. It's a 3min/2.2kg ride one-way and is a generous slope down to the local servo to do a bottle swap.

I know I have a milk crate it fits into and secures to the rack with its own metal plate and have tie downs to secure the bottle in there firmly, but what are your thoughts?

I know we have some sketchy ways of making do on this sub but it's really a question of if this is downright stupidity?

Hey everyone, I have a kawasaki z650 and want a topcase.
Givi V47 Monokey topcase + Givi Monorack-Topcase carrier KAWASAKI Z 650 2017 + Givi M7 for monorack plate for monokey.

Would this be a good setup? And I asked some AI bots, they tell me because this case itsself is 4,5 kg I can only add about 3 kg more (but it says max load is 10 kg). They say it's because the motorcycle itsself can't handle that weight because the weight would be higher and with the law of lever it won't be good.

I know I can't trust these AI models so if you have experience or know something about this, please help.

I recently saw a friend using a Yamaha TMAX motorcycle for everyday city erands n small informal delivery runs. And it made me rethink what a scooter can actually handle in real life. His setup was pretty basic, a top box n soft side panniers, nothing fancy. But he was using it constantly for groceries, small parcels, and light work tools moving across different parts of the city. What stood out to me was that even with uneven loading it still looked stable in stop and go traffic and didn’t seem stressed. I’m currently trying to figure out a very budget friendly setup for similar short trips. Mostly within 5–15 km per run with loads under 20–25 kg total. I’ve been looking at different rack and luggage ideas, including some modular setups I found on Facebook marketplace Alibaba while comparing cheap options. But it’s hard to tell what actually lasts versus what just looks good online. My main concern is whether a scooter like the TMAX stays reliable and safe under that kind of repeated daily use, especially in busy urban traffic with frequent stops, turns, and occasional rough roads, or if it eventually becomes unstable or wears down faster than expected over time. Has anyone here actually used a Yamaha TMAX or similar scooter for consistent budget logistics work n how did it hold up long term in real city conditions?
