LPG bottles transporting?

Rental has LPG bottles for the cooktop (9kg, why I don't know!) and just ran out. It's a 3min/2.2kg ride one-way and is a generous slope down to the local servo to do a bottle swap.

I know I have a milk crate it fits into and secures to the rack with its own metal plate and have tie downs to secure the bottle in there firmly, but what are your thoughts?

I know we have some sketchy ways of making do on this sub but it's really a question of if this is downright stupidity?

I *just* bought another damn triple (had a Sprint ST 995i before this one) and the seller didn't mention that it sticks in 1st or 2nd. Everything checks out, only happens when hot enough and the fan kicks in.

New green coolant and an oil change did some work but slowly came back so flushed and replaced with blue. Oil isn't the problem but figured that a fresh batch wouldn't hurt.

Doesn't help that my local dealer decided to not be triumph anymore...

I REFUSE the two week wait for parts from Western Australia down to Tasmania so why not solve "sticky clutch" problems with some old school overfilling and oil bathing.

Overnight spa treatment for the pack then drain and fill with fresh oil and filter I guess! If this fails I'll bite the bullet and get a whole new clutch pack and gaskets...
