Frustrated with Merch Shipping Times and Cost

I ordered my items on April 9th. I paid for expedited shipping (ended up being almost $35!), the delivery estimate said at the LATEST it would arrive by April 19th.

My concert was April 20th. The $300 in Miku merch I bought and paid for expedited shipping to wear and enjoy at the concert? Not even an update on if it's even been shipped yet!

Just to be safe, I checked. Multiple times. Everywhere. It definitely hasn't arrived in any way, shape, or form, and the shipping status still only says "Label Created"

The concert was great, but I'm immensely disappointed in the way the merch purchasing process was handled. Especially when I was promised something that I PAID PREMIUM FOR and it still hasn't arrived for the very event I wanted to use them at. And there was NO WAY I was going to pay for it TWICE by standing in the insane merch line at the event venue.

Sorry for the rant. But it really has soured the entire experience a bit for me and my partner, especially when it was our very first Miku Concert (and my own first concert EVER) 🥺.

about 2026 penlight (film)

hello! i’m not sure if everyone is aware about this about this year’s penlight but the design is printed on instead of being part of the film. the glowstick comes with the default film. for reference, this year’s costs $60, while 2024’s cost $40 and $20 for a set of 6 additional films. i think they should’ve made each cryptonloid their own film to justify the $20 increase from two years ago

but yeah just letting you all know!

It’s been 2 weeks!

My concert is in 3 weeks so I still have a bit of time, but I’m so nervous I won’t get my glow sticks for my boyfriend and I before the concert. I’m really HOPING it’s not going to take longer than a month to get to me!

lightsticks are arriving two days AFTER the show... what do I do???

So I ordered the crazy expensive lightsticks. Including tax and delivery, this was $147.50, and it's still not delivering on time despite ordering it the day after the merch website dropped. I live in the US, as well. I'm really disappointed in how...

  1. The merchandise shop didn't drop until less than two weeks before my show started.

  2. Delivery takes two weeks for some reason???

  3. Despite insane price gouging, their service is still this terrible.

What are the chances you can get a pair of lightsticks at the expo (specifically San Jose)? What would you have to do? I'm really about to spend a total of $300 to wave rainbow flashlights around...

My first expo!

I attended my first expo today in Seattle! I loved it! This is my first time ever listening to the music as well. I danced with a random person and they kept commenting about the chairs. I wish we connected afterwards! It was so much fun dancing with you.

Seeking Miku Expo 2026 Confetti

Hi, I typically don't post on Reddit but after seeing kind responses to similar posts, I have come with a plea.

I attended my first Miku Expo in Seattle tonight. After the show, I traded someone a Kaito minifigure for a piece of the confetti (I wasn't in the area it was launched). Unfortunately, I lost the confetti during my walk to the bus stop and did not find it even after retracing my steps.

I'm pretty devastated. If anyone has a piece of confetti from this tour that they can part with, or are able to get some in an upcoming show, please let me know. I'm willing to buy it if need be.

Seattle freebies!

Just finished the stickers/magnets at 11pm last night lol 

Each bag (I think I made 27) will have a sticker sheet, 1 magnet and a little note :) 

I have a bunch of extra stickers/magnets to hand out individually though too!

Thanks to the kind soul giving out free stickers at Seattle show!

There was an artist sitting in the row in front of my wife and I. Right before the show started she turned around with a raffle bag and ask if we wanted a free stickers! Got this one for my phone. Was a nice touch on top of a really great show. Vibes were great tonight!

Is there a reason they aren't playing World is Mine? I was very surprised to see it not on the setlist! Is it because of the Candy Shop theme?
