I'm sculpting this mask by hand, and I'm hitting a block on the filigree pattern. any suggestions on how to do it better would be appreciated. also, teeth or no teeth?

Made this mask to conceal my identity and display my sinister intent. Modeled it using a set of photos of my face so it fits perfect!

Build process is: *3d model *3d print *Coat *Lots of sanding *Spray paint
