Hey guys I just got my Mova Viax 500 which is supposed to be "Smart" not the case right now, I'm trying to get it to go around my walkway and to the other side of my yard automatically but it can't do it I even created a Pathway, anyone know how I can edit the robots system where it detects obstacles because another part of my yard has recently been repaired with those grass rolls and it thinks part of the grass as an obstacle kind of disappointed on its first day.

I’m looking for help with my Mova LiDAX Ultra. It seems to be completely frozen on the black splash screen with the "MOVA" logo.

The situation:

1. Found the mower sitting idle; it hadn't completed its schedule.
2. The app shows the mower is offline (disconnected from Wi-Fi).
3. The charging station light was green, and turned blue when I manually removed the mower.
4. Initially, I could access the menu but couldn't power it off. After leaving it for 15 minutes, it changed to the current "MOVA" logo screen.
5. Currently: The mower is unresponsive to any button presses.

What I've tried:
* Holding the power button (no response).
* Opened the battery compartment, disconnected the battery for 15+ seconds, and reconnected it.
* Upon powering back on, it immediately goes back to the same "MOVA" logo screen and stays there.

Has anyone else experienced this? Is there a "secret" hardware reset combination, or is the firmware bricked? Any advice before I contact support would be greatly appreciated!
