


Hi everyone,
I’m looking for help with my Mova LiDAX Ultra. It seems to be completely frozen on the black splash screen with the "MOVA" logo.
The situation:
- Found the mower sitting idle; it hadn't completed its schedule.
- The app shows the mower is offline (disconnected from Wi-Fi).
- The charging station light was green, and turned blue when I manually removed the mower.
- Initially, I could access the menu but couldn't power it off. After leaving it for 15 minutes, it changed to the current "MOVA" logo screen.
- Currently: The mower is unresponsive to any button presses.
What I've tried:
* Holding the power button (no response).
* Opened the battery compartment, disconnected the battery for 15+ seconds, and reconnected it.
* Upon powering back on, it immediately goes back to the same "MOVA" logo screen and stays there.
Has anyone else experienced this? Is there a "secret" hardware reset combination, or is the firmware bricked? Any advice before I contact support would be greatly appreciated!
