Bunny Shaw's Contract

We've had lots of similar posts about Bunny's contract situation so instead of having multiple threads discussing the same thing, this is a megathread to post any articles or clips you want to share about the situation.

Especially since we have WUCL next season, league cup,FA cup and league games we are going to need bunny. If she leaves we have fumbled Big time!

If she wanted a contract where she retires here what is the problem? Who ever is in charge isn't thinking right at all. makes no sense. There aren't many women players out there that can bring her numbers to city. If we go out and buy the worlds best striker out there it will be the same money or less than what bunny is asking for in terms of contract.

If only we could have a fully fit Sydney Lohmann throughout ✅. She could be very instrumental especially against physical teams. Her impact was significant in the few minutes she played

These types of fans should disappear.

Miedema was one of the players who contributed the most to our title this season and she's being blamed for something that isn't even her fault 🤦🏻‍♀️

Bunny Shaw comments

Shaw comments:

But asked about her future, Shaw kept her cards close to her chest, telling Metro: ‘For me, I have two more games at least. And then obviously, it depends on what happens with the game on the weekend [City’s FA Cup semi-final with Chelsea].

‘But for me, I just want to finish the season strong with Man City, and then we hope for the best and see what happens.’

Striker options?

Maybe abit too soon to make this thread because I’m not over the possible news of Bunny leaving us and really hope it’s not true but feels like it’s going to happen

Who would you like to see as the number 9 at city/who do you think there’s a realistic chance of us signing?

Really hope we go after Leuchter or Schroder

I really don't want to see Bunny go but I think she will so I'm accepting it now in hopes it doesn't sting too much when it is confirmed.

It's going to be a big ask but I wonder who everyone thinks could replace her? My choice is Selina Cerci. She is out of contract for the german side Hoffenheim and is rumored to be going to WSL with Arsenal being interested. I don't think Arsenal will sign her since they just renwed Blackstenius and are looking to reinforce other areas
