Aside from the barcode tattoo, all the art is by my sister (@streetrabbit42 on Tumblr). I'm still learning, but I'm really happy with how they're turning out, and I'm having a lot of fun! (Also, sorry about the bad in-game pics. I think one of my mods is causing it to not zoom properly in tattoo drawing mode so I can't focus to take good pics)

Hello! A lot of people aren’t sure exactly what’s going on with the buyout, or why it’s such a big deal. I wanted to share a livestream recording of Lilsimsie talking with her congressman about it.

Many people (mostly on facebook) saw this being talked about and said “Oh she’s doing too much.” or “It’s just the Sims, not everything is political.”

But the thing is, this IS a big deal, and our lives are all affected by these political decisions. EA is a huge company and this buyout is absolutely historical in nature. It affects real people - their jobs, their paychecks, their intellectual property - and it sets the bar for other gaming companies across the world. (If EA replaced their staff with AI and started charging $100 for an expansion pack, why can’t we?)

I really recommend giving the VOD a watch and learning about the why and how of everything!

this damm flower aranging table does this EVERY TIME

ive moved the table twice and it doesnt help, i just have a bunch of floating bluebells, even tried reset object (debug) cheat and they still stay in the air

Hi everyone! I’m trying to upload this build to the gallery and it says that it contains a disallowed word. I’ve tried to remove/replace some things (removed the word ‘*totally real*’, changed ‘bird’ and didn’t work), but idk what it is.

I’m really proud of this build too :/

EDIT: Solved! It was a spelling error. Actually, the whole thing has spelling and grammar errors. Apparently I shouldn’t be uploading things to the gallery at 1:45am 😭

i am NOT a builder but the gallery wasn't really an option for this home. so i kept adding rooms until it felt somewhat natural but now i have...this. any tips?

The EA sale hasn't actually gone through yet, and there are some members of the US Congress who are objecting to it. This petition is to support their efforts. It can be signed by anyone internationally.

I would really love to save our lovely game (my absolute dream would be that there's some kind of spin off of The Sims into its own company that then gets acquired by the devs or the original team in a management buyout scenario)

I don't know HOW my sim is doing this but he just did. For the living cowplant, I let him do his own thing while doing something else and suddenly he got a cowplant seed in his inventory.

I will sell the next one. Three are enough. Sorry Cinnabar but you can not keep having cowplants.

(Their names are ChooChoo, Queenie and SumSum. I was out of ideas.)
