Why do I work so hard on my back?

I have scoliosis for one thing. Another thing is, is I've had someone fall me when I was waitressing at and twisted my back the wrong way, which messed it up. I have fallen off my porch and landed on the bottom herniated my neck in 3 places as well as my lower back again and I have HLA B-27, which causes Arthritis in every joint of the body and targets the spine. So I've always been in constant pain, and by focusing on working on the back, working on building the muscles to support it, it has helped to relieve a lot of this.

So this is just another reason not to lead into excuses but to find ways to work around things and to become stronger each day.
