If You Could Add One Former NFL Player Back to Your Team and Slide Them Into the Current Roster, Who Would You Pick?

*Disclaimer: Idea stolen from NFLv2 sub, but was not able to crosspost for some reason. Thought it was good offseason content dispite not being a meme.*

Rules:

- Player must have been officially retired for at least one full year, but may be living or dead besides that

- Player must have spent 5+ consecutive full seasons on your team to be claimed as your team's player, and will play the same amount of seasons on your team this time around (basically imagine you draft them in 2026)

- Player will immediately be the starter who slides in at #1 on the depth chart (eg., ), except;

- If you pick a QB, you must assume that your current starting QB is dropped to free agency and can sign with a new team

Curious to see if there are some creative picks here!

Why I want Jordyn Tyson

First round of the draft there’s a lot of options, some want Lemon some want offensive tackles I wanted a corner before Tyson started falling. If we had to outline why some like want tackles let me know.

My argument for Tyson is that he offers the best third option in regards to Puka and Davante, his skillset is similar enough yet different so he offers a new approach and offensive outlook
