Stroble vs Oklahoma (Exempt trible income)

I'm a tribal member in Oklahoma living and working on the reservation of the tribe to which I belong. My exception was just rejected, along with other tribal members. I've been reading about the Stroble decision and I'm not looking to debate whether that decision was right or wrong.

This is my question: The exception is in the tax code for 2025. Even if Stroble gives the state the right to remove the exception from the tax code, I don't understand how the state can get away with not following their own tax code for 2025.

My father hired Irish R@@@ N@@@@@@ to transfer the house to me to avoid probate. He was paid 17k to do so. His plan was to go to the Philippines and retire there. He even got himself a brand new wife to take care of him on his navy pension

It has been three years. The lawyer first told me that he didn’t have permission to talk to me without my dad being present. My dad came back and Ryan explained that he was going through a divorce that turned his life upside down and can’t find the paperwork

Ryan also has switched law firms too many times to count and he is impossible to get in touch with. I ha contacted the SC bar

I was recently given power of attorney from my father this last December. My father did not want to admit that he had dementia so it took this long before he gave it to me. The generic power of attorney that We signed (after finding a form online) does not say anything about real estate or me having power to take the house.

Can I have this attorney arrested?
