I was wondering if this was New color update for ladybug but found out its has an interesting story
This is the Parthenium beetle (Zygogramma bicolorata), a species native to Mexico that was intentionally introduced to India and Australia in 1980s to combat the spread of the highly invasive and toxic Parthenium weed (also known as Congress grass). In Nepal, it is considered a "fortuitous" biocontrol agent, having likely migrated across the border from India in the mid-2000s, and it is now a common sight across the country where it helps manage the weed by eating its leaves.
