I’ve been silently following all of the drama relating to this mess. And like many others, I initially was leaning towards Kylee’s side of things when she started posting religiously about being abused by Linson. Partly because I have also been in an abusive relationship, and partly because I’m biased towards believing women over men. But this is the first time I’ve clocked something myself and it infuriates me, because her web of lies consistently silences real victims of DV.

All bias and frustration aside, she posts this. Insinuating that she’s actively suing him for DV. But if you look at the dockets—“public record by the way.” That case was the one where she filed a TRO, failed to show up to the court hearing, and the judge dismissed it WITH PREJUDICE. Meaning it can’t be reopened and the case IS CLOSED.

Case in point—she needs to fuck ALL THE WAY OFF.

At what point do people stop calling this “just dark humor” and start acknowledging how disturbing it is?

This is a mother of 3, a public creator, and a brand ambassador publicly commenting “My ex 💕” under a reel asking what you need to “kill” this year. Normally maybe people brush it off as edgy internet humor, except this isn’t happening in a vacuum. She is actively involved in an ongoing defamation lawsuit with the father of her 2-year-old child, a man she has repeatedly spoken about publicly.

When someone is already publicly accusing, shaming, litigating against, and monetizing conflict with their ex, comments like this stop reading as harmless jokes and start looking obsessive, hostile, and deeply inappropriate, especially with children involved.

And before anyone says “it’s obviously figurative,” yes, people understand the phrase. The issue is the pattern, the timing, and the public nature of it from someone who profits off an audience while presenting herself as a victimized, relatable mom creator.

10/29/25: Kylee files TRO against Linson
12/26/25: Kylee sends Linson email (her words: walked away cause she wanted peace). Proposes dropping current lawsuits.
12/29/25: TRO hearing, Linson physically flew to Hawaii to defend himself. Kylee does not show up, does not respond to calls from the court. Case dismissed with prejudice.

Is she on drugs? Or something? I watched this video and noticed her jaw clenching. Like she’s on something. Something ain’t right about her here. I mean that’s a general statement when it comes to this one but this particular video seems… off. Also, not this pick me girl wanting to be in one of her videos for air time lol.

- People constantly feeling like they’re “walking on eggshells” around her = emotional abuse

- FLICKING YOUR SON = physical abuse

- Hitting someone in the face with tongs & spitting in their face = physical & emotional abuse (will post screenshot)

- Doesn’t post or speak on actually being physically abused till BLOODY by Justin.

But she wants us to believe that SHE was abused by Linson. When she’s shown a consistent pattern of abusing others AND protecting actual abusers for YEARS.

Not sure if anyone here is familiar with this woman or this case. She unalived her own toddler so she could basically go off and live a pick me party life with her boyfriend.

After 30 days of her daughter “missing”, she told her parents who panicked and called police. Casey completely made up a nanny she claimed she left the toddler with (made up a first/last name for the nanny, life backstory, led police to a fake address for the nanny). She also lied to police saying she worked at universal studios- took police walking through her “office” waving at people who were confused as she never worked there. The sad part is her daughter was found in the woods a mile from Casey’s home in a garbage bag.

My point is I believe Kylee is a liar at THIS level. Casey Anthony didn’t stop lying once when it came to justice for her daughter. The lies spewed out so naturally and easily.

1. Now she’s claiming to be afraid of being murdered? By a man who lives in a different state?

2. I don’t think judges view ruling cases with prejudice as “simple”.

3. Linson’s posted a loooooot of receipts giving us a first- hand account of situations allowing us to “personally witness” your abusive behavior.

4. If you never wanted it to be public then stop perpetuating the existing public issues by continuing to post… PUBLICLY? Dare I say… ESCALATING it ONLINE?

Ok she is so full of shit, acting like she doesn’t LIVE AND BREATHE for social media 🙄 cmon sis you could never be happy working at McDonald’s lmao that’s why you’re always finding ways to monetize on your dirty laundry and starting go fund me’s to show off your lavish lifestyle. And I think you actually really do care ‘cause why are you posting all of that while supposedly watching your sons have fun at the beach? Like go be present with them?? Go watch them and make sure they’re not drowning??

And does she have any TRUE friends? I see sooo many of her close friends stories being aired out lol.
