So for context, i ordered the Joyhub Trueform in late 2025, and it worked, was great, and i loved it (i have the version where the charging port was the 2 magnetic dots if that helps any). I didnt do anything to it beforehand, i tried charging it for like 4+ hours to see if it was dead, tried to connect it to the app which didnt work, the power button on the toy itself is able to be pressed but it just doesnt turn on. i didnt drop it in water even though it says its waterproof, i didnt do damage to it, just used how intended.
is this just an unlucky faulty one? or has this happened before and theres a fix? every time i try to charge it, it blinks white but doesnt turn on. Any help would be awesome, thanks!
