Question about Terry Carter and her brothers.

I was thinking about some of the interviews with Tim Carter, and his claims that he was not a part of the "inner circle", and didn't really know anything about what was coming. Yet, his sister, Terry, was the wife of Jones adopted Korean son, Lew, and mother of his child.

It seems to me that being a member of the Jones family, through Terry's marriage to Lew, would afford her and her brothers special treatment in Jonestown. I was thinking that might be the reason Tim and Mike were chosen to smuggle the money out of Jonestown with Mike Prokes.

Obviously, Terry died in Jonestown with Lew and her baby, but I wondered if Tim, or Mike, tried to save her, or had they accepted her death due to her attachment to the Jones family.

I wondered if anyone else had thought about this aspect of what went on with the Carter's on November 17th.

Glorification

Evenin' 🫡

I'm just dropping in to remind everyone that glorification of Jim Jones or anyone else will not be tolerated here, and that includes activity away from r/Jonestown which may be considered upsetting or insulting towards the many valued contributors here.

You will now be removed from the community without exception. I suggest you trot off to other areas of the internet that allow you to indulge in such fantasies.

As for the rest of you, thank you for continuing to do your best and be awesome. You are the people that make r/Jonestown the community that it is. You are appreciated and always will be. 😊

Be kind. Do your best. Be human. 💫

Take care,

Heckles.

Seniors

Out of curiosity, in what order were seniors murdered? Do you think many of them were over life in Jonestown? What was the living conditions like for the elderly in Jonestown?
