I am planning to gift my friend a puzzle set for her birthday. She herself is quite new to jigsaw puzzles. I would like to gift her a good 500 or 1000 pieces puzzle. Where can I find good quality puzzles? What do I need to be aware of? Also, if anyone here is selling their sets, let me know.

🧩 Categories
Complete a 100-piece puzzle in 60 minutes. Fastest finisher gets a prize.
Work together to complete two 100-piece puzzles within 75 minutes. Fastest pair gets a prize.
Take on a 275-piece puzzle in 120 minutes. The fastest team takes the prize.
👉 You can register for multiple categories (scheduled at different times).
👉 Only one registration is required per pair/team.
👉 All participants take home their competition puzzle (included in ticket price)
👉 Open to all skill levels (Age 12+)

Saturday, 2nd May | 2:00 PM – 7:30 PM
2:00 PM : Solo check-in & briefing
2:15 – 3:15 PM : Solo round
3:30 PM : Pairs check-in & briefing
3:45 – 5 PM : Pairs round
5:15 PM : Teams check-in & briefing
5:30 – 7:30 PM : Teams round
🧩 Rules & Guidelines
Each category is timed, and winners are determined by the fastest completion.
If a puzzle is not completed within the time limit, rankings will be based on number of pieces placed (only groups of 2+ pieces correctly joined together will be counted).
If pieces are missing/misplaced at the end of the puzzle, 5 seconds for each such piece will be added to the final time.
Puzzles will be provided sealed at the venue - participants may use non-sharp tools (like keys) to open packaging.
Each ticket includes entry to the competition and the puzzle, which you get to take home.
