The Jacksonville Jaguars May Have Hit the Jackpot With Sleeper TE Tanner Koziol

TE Tanner Koziol is flying completely under the radar in the late-third & fourth rounds of most dynasty rookie drafts.

Light Overview:
The Jaguars took Nate Boerkircher in the second round of the 2026 NFL Draft, but he carries extremely limited receiving upside, and will likely be primarily used as a run-blocking tight end.

Brenton Strange is currently the starter for the Jaguars, but his production has not really lived up to the hype of the second-round draft capital he got back in 2023.

— 9.72 RAS was better than both Sadiq (9.43 RAS) and Stowers (9.46 RAS)
— Absurd production: 2234 receiving yards, 237 receptions, and 24 touchdowns all ranked in the 98th+ percentile for TEs
— Accounted for 27.1% of his teams’ total receiving yards and touchdowns (97th percentile)
— 3rd-most non-screen receptions by any TE in a single season since 2014 with 74 (2024) followed by the 6th-most non-screen receptions by any TE in a single season with 70 (2025)

Koziol is on waivers in a many leagues. Similar to Oronde Gadsden last year.

How high is too high to rank him? Where has everyone seen Tanner Koziol go in there drafts?

Chances of a Thanksgiving game?

I've been hoping for a few years now that we could finally get a Thanksgiving game, I was hoping it could be vs Cowboys but rumor is it's Eagles vs Cowboys on Thanksgiving but I'm not abandoning hope yet with a Bears road game on the schedule, I feel like Bears vs Jags as a Thanksgiving game works well with two teams turning their record around and making the playoffs but maybe I'm delusional, what do y'all think?

2026 Win Loss

I am looking at the schedule and see a probable 13-4 season again. Losses against 1 - Texans (split), 2 - Eagles, 3 - Bears, and a 50/50 toss up with the Cowboys or Patriots. Bengals I think we handle, Ravens are under a new coach and might end up trading Jackson, Broncos are an unknown at QB as Nix recovery is likely well into the season. Steelers are washed, and we will handle the Colts, Titans, and the Browns.

Anyone see a different result?

For anyone who is bewildered by how the Jaguars drafted this year...

The above link might explain why Jimmy Stones spoke about keeping up with trends when asked about why he drafted multiple tight ends this year.
