I’d love a glass of jm tea but there seems to be none available. Lame.

At this point anyone can the see the influence Mo holds over John. John has created a life where Mo is always there and seems to have considerable control in John’s life. What’s the deal?

This is my theory based on my personal observations as a frequent show goer and LWJM listener:

During the fall solo tour, at a show in Houston, Texas there was a woman in the crowd that caught JM’s attention, I noticed that her appearance resembled the girl in TSFE drawing, and she was wearing a green dress.

At the opening show for Dead and Company last year, I noticed a lyric change for “Don’t Ease Me In.” The part where it says “The girl I love, she’s sweet and true, you know the dress she wears sweet mama, is pink and blue” There was a lyric swap from *pink* to *green*

On LWJM he chose a song by Jenna Raine for NMFT called “Hitchhiking” that he chose to play and he stated that the chorus moved him, the chorus says “Take me back to Texas, we were driving reckless, looked at you with diamonds in my eyes, knew without a doubt you were my end game…”

JM wore green all three nights of The Grateful Dead 60th anniversary celebration in August 2025 as well as the red carpet appearance for Jeff Ross’s show.

I don’t think choosing to wear green for those very public events and the changing of the lyric are any coincidence. Just my take!

I personally don’t believe he even knows her name. I think she is still very much a mystery to even him. “Just a Face in the Crowd” another song he plays occasionally on the channel by Tom Petty.

I feel like interesting JM tea/information got deleted because people argued in the comments. I’m going to try and put together what I’ve read here the last couple days. Please correct what I get wrong but maybe argue on a different thread so this can stay?

Mo and JM met 10 years ago when Mo was making memes. Now Mo works for Apple and follows a lot of young women who pose in bikinis (or less) on social media. Often, when he and JM hang out, Mo brings some of these women and the impression is that if JM is interested, they are too, and know to be discreet.

Last weekend, JM and Mo saw Phish at the Sphere with two of Mo’s “friends.” Zoey is on OF. Rachel is an influencer who was at JM‘s July 4th party last summer. Both women are friends with Sky Bri who JM and Mo followed last week on IG and JM unfollowed after the weekend.

A couple JM knows from MT was in the suite, too. They are often at JM/Dead and. Company shows wearing matching shirts.
