This is my Jigar ka Tukda a male cat, he is missing since yesterday, last seen around 5pm evening . From last 4-5 days he was chasing his mother( she leaves around doesn’t like to stay in home also unneutered) last evening when he was trying to follow her I stopped him and slapped him later i let him go thought he will return home after 1-2 hours like he used to but he never came back searched all night near my neighbourhood calling his name but couldn’t find him. Please give me tips or advice how to find him I haven’t slept since last night I’m really worried already lost my female cat 3 months ago I don’t want to lose him now 🙏

• this one got attacked by a feral cat while it was sleeping in the garden. Took it to the vet and its now recovered.
• we'd like to look after it for one more week just to make sure it's fully healthy.
• potty trained.
• first vaccine scheduled for this weekend.
• this one is the sleepiest and friendliest of the lot.

Can someone please tell me what is safe to feed it? It keeps asking for food but I really don't know what to give.. can someone please give some advice?

A dog was found dead in the sewers when a team of people who were sent out to look for a snake spotted in there.

She was known as pinki and had been one of many dogs that a few families with my own raised,we had given her the mandatory rabies vaccine and a proper place to sleep. 1-2 weeks back she had been thrown in the sewer and sealed shut from the outside.

She had no way to ask for help and died of starvation in that God awful place.

The whole thing was witnessed by a woman living in the yellow building as shown and we had filed an fir but the company employing these guards have released an official notice regarding it.

I will be including that and more information in the next post please repost this,or just upvote it we need to raise our voice against these criminals

Mochi is due for his first Feligen CRP vaccine ❤️

The vet informed me that the vaccination + consultation + vaccination card would cost around ₹1400, and prepared the card/details during the visit.

I really don’t want to delay his vaccines because he’s still tiny and vulnerable, but my financial condition hasn’t been the best lately, so managing everything alone has been difficult.

I rescued Mochi when he was extremely small, and honestly he’s become family now. Seeing him healthy and playful means everything to me.

If anyone would like to help Mochi get vaccinated, I’d genuinely appreciate it a lot. Even small help matters. 🙏

These two kittens urgently need adoption. Their mother sadly died in a parking accident recently, and they’ve been without her since then. I’ve been trying to care for them temporarily, but due to personal circumstances I’m not in a position to adopt or keep them long-term.

They are very young, bonded, and visibly scared right now, but they deserve a safe and loving home instead of being left on the street.

If anyone in Pune is willing to adopt them (preferably together), please DM me.

Hi everybody

Today is my 8 year old Shepherd dog’s gall bladder surgery.

He is susceptible to tick fever and the risk increases around summer. When I took him to the vet a week ago, that’s what I imagined must be the case due to the heat wave when he was energetic but rejected his meal, then ate and vomited it.

His liver values were quite high. My vet suggested medication and retesting since the bilirubin was relatively stable. The next time, the values were still high. We got an ultrasound. He has sludge forming in his gall bladder that is putting immense pressure on his liver. The bilirubin has started to increase at a very rapid rate. Hence the surgery. It came out of nowhere, at least for me.

His surgery is scheduled today in the afternoon. He is losing weight rapidly because he can’t stomach his food and has constantly been on IVs. I trust my doctor, who’s treated him for 8 years.

I am beside myself. I have no idea if tonight will be like the night I just woke up from. This is my first ever dog. I started rescuing because of him. He has changed me for the better and has given shape to my entire perspective. Today, I have emerged an empathetic person because of him alone.

I hope the surgery is successful, but I have seen dogs passing away from sterilisation and seen them survive Parvo, so I’m not sure what to make of the stats.

What makes matters worse is that my mother is hell bent on taking a second opinion now when things are clearly quite grave.

She’s calling her relatives who’re all telling her to go different places. I believe the time for a second opinion is long gone, not to mention she gave up his responsibility entirely 3 years ago, citing she can no longer care for him and has found him a new place to live. I resisted and took him entirely under my wing, which wasn’t a big change since I was already doing a major part of the caretaking. I’ve been taking him for the last however many days and paying myself as well.

She’s asking me to delay the surgery, giving excuses such as, “today is Tuesday, don’t get surgery today”. Since today morning she’s been saying, “meri baat sunlo, I won’t take leaves to care for him” and other such things. She hasn’t anyway and there’s no such expectation.

For reference, his bilirubin has risen from 3.3 to 14.1 in just 2 days.

All I’m asking for is good wishes and any experience with how to deal with this anticipatory grief. Or any advice or encouragement, especially on dealing with my mother.
