I have been diagnosed with endometriosis a couple of years ago. But recently I have been facing extreme pelvic pain and vaginal dryness. Has anyone else experienced this?? Especially around their menopause?

Do you use a tumbler? I am not that kind of a person .....like too "asthetic" or something like that....many of my colleagues use a tumbler in office. To be honest it is quiet costly and I always wonder is it really worth it? What do you think? does it really improve your mood? or just a waste of money? Is it just over "hyped"?
