Hey everyone,
I’m a 39F getting more consistent with the gym lately and realized I really need to upgrade my workout clothes. I’m specifically looking for good-quality women’s gym wear, especially sports bras (good support), shorts/leggings, and comfortable tops.
I’ve tried a few random brands but honestly the quality and fit has been super inconsistent (either not enough support or fabric feels cheap / see-through after a few washes 😅).
I’d love recommendations for:
Brands that have good support (especially sports bras)

Sweat-wicking + breathable fabric

Stuff that actually lasts after multiple washes

Bonus if they’re available in India or ship here easily

I’ve heard names like Nike, Adidas, Puma, Decathlon etc., but also curious about smaller or underrated brands that people actually love.
Would really appreciate suggestions based on your personal experience, what’s actually worth buying vs just hype?

Thanks in advance!
