Love the vehicle but due do some recent health issues, I may be thinking of selling

There’s a guy selling this for 15k just wondering what you all think?

Should i buy floor jack pinch weld adapters and jack from the pinch welds, or does anywhere in these pictures look like good safe alternative life points?

The manual only states the lift points for the manufacturer scissor jack which are the pinch welds.

Looking for lighter wheels for the front, going to put nice street tires on them to run during cruises. Ive heard that one of the stock Pontiac wheels are lightest from factory. Open to aftermarket options as well

Long story short my impala was wrecked, it had been sitting for awhile and mice chewed my cords. I am back in town trying to re-build her. The coil plus and everything else is not damaged surprisingly. They mice just chewed the part that I circled and the alternator cord.

I am doing research and seen that it might be called "engine harness", the harness is located on top and runs from behind the drivers side headlight to the electrical box (with + sign), alternator to the other side of the car.

Can yall confirm this is the engine harness or if there is another name for it ?

2010 LT just turned 197k miles and going strong. How many miles does yours have? Have you done any work on it yourself?

This car is turning me into a DIY mechanic 😂. Lots of YouTube videos and Chris fix. Started with Door actuators, oil changes, brakes, and now I'm doing transmission fluid + filter +gasket, transmission cooling line fittings that were leaking, splicing cables in the central console because I couldn't get the key out, first ever coolant flush (it went well), I also changed an o-ring in the metal hose that connects with the radiator cap because it was leaking coolant.

I'm getting ideas in my head to replace the pressure solenoid in the transmission because it jerks when going from a stop when the fluid is real hot. But it's such a pain and it doesn't happen often.

I'm thinking that I've spent perhaps what the car is worth in repairs, but honestly, it's such a nice car and I like how it feels on the road. The interior is somewhat well preserved for a 16 yr old car.

I am looking into making an offer on this car but I’m not sure what would be fair owner is asking 26k and idk if that is realistic. Any advice would be appreciated.

So my car window started squeaking when it gets 75% down is it a possible issue or does my window just need to be cleaned? Sometimes it’s extremely loud sometimes it’s quieter. What are your guys thoughts?

On my 2008, I have had an issue with a noise I hear and feel (under the driver's floor maybe).

I have taken it in twice and neither shop have been able to figure it out.

It only happens at low speeds and medium to shaper turning of the wheels.

Say doing a 3 point turn, or backing out of a driveway with the wheels turned left to get out of the driveway, and then turning right while in drive move forward down the street.

It also happens if I come to a left or right turn at an intersection while if I've slowed down or stopped.

There is no belt squeal (though if I am parking and crank the wheel too far/as far as it can go I do get a brief hint of a squeal).

It is worsening so I am taking it back in because it almost feels like it is not in gear. I had the transmission checked as well due to this and they found no issue.

Could the traction control be an issue and the feeling I get under my feet/maybe under the gas and break pedal area, but not via the brake pedal, is a brief hum.

Video included as is the best I could do. Some days it isn't an issue at all, and some days it's a little freaky because it's every turn. It does feel worse turning right but I have noted turning left as well.

Any advice would be appreciated.
