Note: 2 people can stay in the room I'm renting or a single person - upto you
2 other flatmates stay in the other room(IT employees)
Fully automatic washing machine(owned by flatmates) and water purifier(provided by owner- no rent ,need to maintain it )
Rent & Costs:
Rent: ₹13000/month (including maintenance)
Setup cost: ₹3000 (washing machine purchase split, can be redeemed by your replacement)
Security deposit: 26000 (refundable)

Maid- 2500 ( rooms are cleaned and dishes are washed everyday)
