Plants are all in the ground.
We got all 430 plants in the ground, raised beds, and 7 gallon grow bags at 2 different locations.

While the weather makes up it's mind I'm setting up the field with 65gal growbags.
Happy growing Pepperheads ❤️

Hardening takes approx 2 to 3 weeks depending on plant size, gotta be patient trust in the process.

The plants at the 2nd grow location are thriving. These are mostly our sauce peppers. Jalapenos, serranos, Thai, cayennes, sweet and lower heat peppers.
Here are a few pictures of our landscaping in the backyard. We grow more than peppers! And here are some more pepper pics too.
It's finally warm enough to get these suckers outside for aome fresh air. Hoping to get them in bags, raised beds and the ground by Wednesday. Is that enough time to get them used the sunlight?
Bonus tomatoes because those BLEW UP in the tent
Why are the stems brown?
Info:
Right seedling has been out of the helmet for about three days now and it’s been brown ever since
The left one just dropped the helmet a few hours ago and is also this brown color
(Please don’t be rude im 14 and its my first time growing anything and also its habanero)
So, after picking the peppers, I put them in a dehydrator, grind them and apply to food. I find it highly ironic that I provided continuous moisture only to have it all voluntarily taken away.
At least no complaints filed. Dehydrator arrives mid week. I see mature ones at the grocery, so these are not ready yet.
Finally got them all full. All at different stages, but what are you going to do. Still have 30+ in the greenhouse. Time to build and garden bed I guess.
Got the plants separated that will be going to my 2nd grow site. These are mostly different types of jalapeno, Thai, cayenne, Serrano, sweets and some randoms.
I’m in Zone 8a and it’s my first time growing vegetables in containers. Trying shishitos, jalapeños, and bell peppers (among other vegetables), but specifically noticing the peppers are growing reallyyyy slowly / not much. Seeing some flowers starting, but they still seem really slow. Any ideas?
Located in Charlotte & getting 5-6 hrs of direct sunlight but supplementing with multiple LED grow lights that run for 12 hrs of the day. 2 peppers + dill per 15G container. Fertilized when planted and every 2 weeks, including fish fertilizer in the water. Soil has some worm castings and perlite in it. Transplanted them from seedlings bought at the farmer’s market or Lowe’s probably ~6 weeks ago and cover them whenever it drops below 50F (which has happened quite a few times in the last month).
Watering when soil is dry and checking moisture every day, so probably doing some watering every 2-3 days with how the weather has been recently. I’ve had some aphids that I spray off daily as well.
Any tips appreciated! I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong here.
Heh heh.
Got a few seedlings from a local nursery and they seem happy. According to Ai, squirrels, like all mammals, have hot taste receptors. Which would maybe explain the extreme backflip one did after taking a bite.
You’re probably thinking I went in for a trim, got distracted with the stylist and got chopped. No, the local rabbit is a smooth criminal. Rather than show it my stock pot from the inside, I got Uncle Dunkel’s hot pepper spray to make the leaves less appealing.
