Been working on my Geto boys collection. Finally got this. Disc is mint and also it is the original press as Willie Dee is on the inner circle. Not one of my favorite albums to listen too lol but the cover is classic and I’m a huge Geto Boys fan.

One of my all-time favorite Hip Hop soundtracks. Loud Records was putting out incredible stuff at the time.

Favorite track is the title track by Wu All Stars...but so many good ones on here.

This has the "Flying High Main Mix" on it which is one of the best Black Star songs ever IMO.

This is a near mint of this incredibly rare mixtape used as a promotional album in Japan. It essentially explains how the beats were made & why. There’s only 1,000-3,000 of these printed & even less near mint. Definitely worth investing in as it’s very popular amongst collectors.

From 1998, rap group from ATL I assume (there’s a track called “In Decatur”). Never heard of them, but I was intrigued by the group name and cover. The rapping was Ok, but the production was pretty good imo. Most of the tracks were produced by Rodney “Don Vito” Richard, never heard of him either.

Did this EP get any play outside of the West Coast region? some good west coast production on this one...Dre, Fred Wreck and I just read that Kanye did one of the tracks as well.

Personal favorite track is "LA Nite and Day".

I got these off the shelf at the record store kind of at random, they caught my eye being so stark white among colorful cds, and they are right up my alley! Im still finishing up CLPPNG but have no doubt a scifi concept album like i think the other is will be even more my thing. Thing is, I dont remember ever hearing about these guys before. Is that me being a newbie or are they just kinda under the radar?
