Zero'd for carry ammo this morning, and when I was done I realized both windage and elevation adjustments align with the two "dots". I figure this must be the firearms equivilent of getting a golden ticket in a chocolate bar. Hope I won something amazing!
I have an EPS Carry that is no longer holding zero. About 350 rounds through it and it has been flawless until now. I noticed the rounds are not impacting where I'm aiming - so went to re-zero it.
They are all hitting 2" high at 5 yards. Tried to re-zero it and no change. It's like the dot is stuck and the adjustment screws aren't adjusting it. I switched guns to one with a different optic and its dead on.
I reached out to Holosun for an RMA and they came back and said to re-zero it at 25 yards, that they could not be zero'd at such a close distance - they most certainly can! All of mine are zero'd at 5yds, with the point of impact being 1" below the point of aim, giving you a true 25yd zero on a pistol.
Waiting for them to reply to my email, but don't have high hopes based on their initial response.
Has anyone else found Holosun's customer service to be lackluster?
Can someone for the love of god tell me how they got these pins out. They will not budge with pliers and I’m trying to mount my AEMS on a new Reptilia mount.

I recently received a handgun fitted with a 407c as part of a trade. Earlier today, I noticed a transparent circle (oil slick look) on the optic. Apparently I have to clarify - this is NOT the reticle (“blury green thing”).
This transparent, oil slick looking circle does not move, and does not change shape/visibility after light brushing with a CLP dipped q-tip (or dry). It is still visible after covering the front of the optic, and is almost the exact circumference of the projected dot.
There are no visible imperfections on the glass whatsoever, as opposed to Eotech delam.
I ran around 200 rounds through the pistol before noticing during a cleaning. Have not dropped or spilled anything on it.
Any ideas on what this could be? I sent an email to Holosun support, will update with their reply. I know the circle is hard to see in my picture.
The circle is not visible when the optic is powered off.
It looks almost like an eye floater, clear but perfectly round.

There is a big difference in $$ between the core and the EPS full-size. Big enough that I doubt the only difference is the aluminum composition. Are there any other notable differences? Glass quality? Electronics package?
I get that the base widths are different. That isn't this question.

I bought my first Holosun for my 2011 at Sportsman’s Warehouse and finally got the chance to take it out to the range for the first time. Everything about it looked great until I shot my first mag. I’m not sure if it was because I was rapid firing but it caught me off guard. I do believe it’s worth noting that I was given a display model from sportsman’s, so I’m unsure if I should go to sportsman’s or reach out to Holosun. If anyone has any insight or experience with this, I would appreciate the info!

Anyone been able to test this yet? I just watched their shot show video and it seems to fix all the complaints I had with the 509T. It keeps the attachment system for the slide but lowers the sight. Any news on reliability or anyone been using one yet?
Does Holosun or anyone make a spacer plate yo rise the dot to 1.93”?
Hello guys, any ideas is there a way to fix this kind of problem on my sight? Or maybe someone fixes them? RMA kindly told me to fuck off, because in there words it is caused by external damage. Any help would be great.
