Holosun Customer Service

I have an EPS Carry that is no longer holding zero.  About 350 rounds through it and it has been flawless until now.  I noticed the rounds are not impacting where I'm aiming - so went to re-zero it.

They are all hitting 2" high at 5 yards.  Tried to re-zero it and no change.  It's like the dot is stuck and the adjustment screws aren't adjusting it.  I switched guns to one with a different optic and its dead on.

I reached out to Holosun for an RMA and they came back and said to re-zero it at 25 yards, that they could not be zero'd at such a close distance - they most certainly can!  All of mine are zero'd at 5yds, with the point of impact being 1" below the point of aim, giving you a true 25yd zero on a pistol.

Waiting for them to reply to my email, but don't have high hopes based on their initial response.

Has anyone else found Holosun's customer service to be lackluster?
