Feedback on my café design?

Everyone seems to have cafés that look a lot nicer than mine, so i'd like some feedback on how to improve it. A change i know for sure i want to make is replace the botany shelf(?) with the stitched gallery.

Over Ice🧊☕️

Been slowly getting deeper into espresso and iced milk drinks lately, and I’m realizing how much tiny changes completely affect the cup. Same beans, same machine, but changing grind size, shot time, milk ratio, ice, or even the order you pour everything somehow makes it taste totally different.

This one ended up somewhere between an iced latte and a shaken espresso style drink. I pulled the shot directly over ice, let the crema settle a bit, then added cold milk and a little vanilla. Pretty simple, but honestly one of the smoother drinks I’ve made so far.

A few things I’m curious about from people here:

• Do you prefer pulling shots directly over ice or chilling the espresso separately first?
• What milk do you think works best for iced espresso drinks?
• How sweet is “too sweet” for espresso based drinks in your opinion?
• What’s the biggest upgrade that improved your home coffee game: grinder, beans, technique, or machine?

Also open to any feedback on the shot itself or drink ratios. Still learning and trying to dial things in.🧊☕️

What is the acceptable drink remake rate per shift?

I'm running a small cafe, but during peak hours, I observe that around 1 in every 20 drinks is remade. These remakes comes from either inaccurate orders, or sometimes customers just feel that there's something off with drinks. So I wonder what is the acceptable rate where u guys work?

Guys, I hit 200k funds today 😭… this feels crazy, but at the very same time kinda not cuz compared to gpgp we have so few events in this game that I don’t even know when these funds & gems will actually be put to good use & when I’ll get the thrill to grind for events again 😓

A feature I wish they'd add to the game

I really wish they'd show the customers sitting there enjoying their drinks. We only see them interact w the café when it's apart of a story. I'm like clearly there's programming for the characters to interact w the space, I don't see why they cant do that regularly :/

Even if it's just them taking 3 repetitive sips then disappearing, it's better than nothing imo. Cause then it makes me wonder what's even the point in me using the cash to upgrade the appearance of the store if nobody's actually sitting there

The flower on the bottle definitely looks like an orange blossom 👀
If it really is orange syrup, I wonder how we’ll tell it apart from the pumpkin one. In my opinion, pumpkin syrup should’ve been a seasonal ingredient, only available in the fall like the cranberry puree and gingerbread biscuits.

Help

I've been getting a few iced chocolate latte orders, mostly the "Howdy partner" message. I triple checked that I needed to make this specific drink, and yet every time it's wrong!! I always have to give a refund, and I don't know why! As far as I'm aware, I'm making the drink correctly. I've been putting ice when they request, but only use cold ingredients when ice isn't mentioned. am I doing something wrong?
