


Glutenfree flaky, buttery, never seen or tasted before croissant, danish, and tarts now at Cascadia Traditional on Southeast division in Portland. Here are some behind-the-scenes photos of the new gluten-free pastries that New Cascadia is doing. The first photo is a Nutella strawberry croissant and the others- glazed mixed berry tart and lemon blueberry danish . Nowhere else in Portland (and beyond )can you get this level of artistry, taste and authenticity of a true laminated croissant experience. It’s just not seen in the gluten-free world until now.
We can only make them so fast, but you must must must come down early and try these! Bring your glutenous friends, they won’t know the difference!
