


Gf and Df cake success
I made a lemon+honey+mango cake that was gluten and dairy free for my partners birthday since our best friend is allergic to both. https://glutenfreeonashoestring.com/gluten-free-dairy-free-cake/ (subbed oat flour for the almond flour, didn’t have the butter oil, and used krusteaz gluten free blend and cocojune yoghurt) was the base and I added lemon juice and zest. I made df honey vanilla buttercream and a mango custard, macerated mangos and more honey on top. It was beautiful, tasted like a fully gluten cake, and stayed for 3 days in the fridge before the party like a DREAM. No collapsing and no drying out.
