Do we think Paige was talking about Nick Viall?

In the new ep Paige was mentioning how she was talking to someone from Netflix and doesn’t think Netflix should do their reunions live. She then said she brought up specific hosts that they shouldn’t keep hiring. With Nick Viall getting his own show to host, and doing the Temptation Island reunion on his own channel, I can’t help but feel like that’s who she was referring to. What do we think? I personally kind of enjoy him & his wives hosting, I feel like they ask the questions we all want to know.

Hi guys,

I’m 25, and I discovered this podcast when I was around 23. At the time, it genuinely altered my brain chemistry. I looked up to the girls so much and really valued their advice on men, friendships, work, confidence, all of it. In my head, they had everything figured out.

Then I watched Summer House 😭

Part of me honestly wishes I never had, because it completely shattered the image I had built in my mind. Watching the seasons unfold and seeing how differently some situations were handled compared to what was preached on the podcast gave me such a weird “never meet your idols” feeling 😭 especially with Hannah. Don’t even get me started.

And with Paige too… seeing certain things she’s tolerated or settled for made it hard to reconcile with the version of her I had admired through the podcast. It almost felt like there were two different versions of these people, and it changed the way I listened afterward.

I think what changed the most was the credibility I had attached to their advice. It suddenly made me question things like: do they actually believe and practice what they preach, or does it just sound good on the podcast?

I don’t even mean this in a hateful way — they were genuinely my comfort girls for a long time and I looked up to them A LOT. Maybe part of it is also that two episodes a week made the magic wear off a bit, I don’t know. But the transition from listening to the podcast to seeing them on reality tv, felt oddly disappointing.

Has anyone else experienced this?

Happy Mother's Day from a childfree Gen X Giggler ✌️🩷

I posted last week about sing-spelling "bologna" and heard back from a lot of fellow Xers and elder millennials. (We exist, yay!!)

Today I just want to say (on of all days, I know) I loved hearing P and H touch on Chelsea Handler not having kids and but having motherly qualities. I'm definitely paraphrasing, but it made me feel...included? At 50, I don't always relate to what they talk about, but add in bits of how they're going to be as moms and I'm not there. Which I totally get! I still listen because they are freaking HI-LARIOUS. Today, as I was preparing brunch for my mom, I heard them mention Chelsea Handler, Nikki Glaser (both openly childfree) and Monica Lewinsky who (I think) has made peace without children and it just made me smile. We're out here!

Anyway...Happy Mother's Day to Gigglers of all ages.

I get it! I took a break for a good amount of time because I was tired, it felt repetitive, and I felt like they were censoring themselves. Back to listening in the past few weeks somewhat regularly again. I don’t know if the gals have been listening or reading the comments but truly, the recent episodes have been so refreshing.

What I loved from the start about this pod and Paige and Hannah themselves, was that they talk about the most normal, mundane stuff and make it funny yet productive. Obviously they are living very different lives from most of us gigglers but at the end of the day, they’re just girls 🤍

For anyone who has been struggling with connecting over the past year or so I encourage you swoop back in on occasion. Paige and Hannah are being real, silly, and down to earth.

(Maybe it was my little break to appreciate it, maybe it was the full moon in Scorpio, idfk)

Paige’s Botched Botox

I thought Paige’s forehead and eyes looked so great and refreshed! It was only her chin (who uses Botox in their chin?!) that messed up her lip. But I have to ask— how did she get (self proclaimed) botched? She is so into skincare and I thought she had a friend or someone she really trusted do the Botox. I really thought she looked so great but just needed to skip the chin. She uses her forehead SO much in expressions, not her chin.

Thoughts?

Hi I’m new to giggly squad.. is this a scripted podcast that’s pretending it’s not? Or have them come out and said it’s scripted?
Or am I just completely reading their banter wrong?

Hi yall, has anyone here purchased Paige’s Daphne Hannah Tee? I really want it but I’m having a hard time justifying the price to myself. Is it worth it? Is it the comfiest coziest shirt ever? Please let me know if you recommend it and your reviews! Thanks 🧡
