Hi all, I’m hoping to get some advice for those who have eventually come off ozempic and managed to keep the weight off.

I’ve been on it for about 8 months and have lost around 50 pounds. I also eat healthy, track my macros (especially protein), strength train 4-5 times a week and get at least 12K steps a day.

Prior to ozempic, I always had a healthy lifestyle but then having two kids back to back, I really struggled to get the weight off and needed the extra push to get me back in action. Now that I’ve almost reached my goal weight, I want to start tapering off the drug. I will remain with the healthy lifestyle I have been living, but I want to know from yall if this will be enough to keep the weight off. What are your suggestions to not gain the weight back?
