Can you guess where the radio is coming from just by listening?

Hi,

I hope this fits the community and is okay with the rules.

There’s a small mini-game where you try to guess where a radio station is broadcasting from just by listening to it. You drop a pin on the globe and score points based on how close your guess is to the actual location.

Each game has 5 rounds, and your total score determines how well you did. It’s a bit like GeoGuessr, but instead of Street View, you’re using live radio streams.

You can try it here:

Locate subject of old 1932 watercolor

I inherited this 1932 watercolor painting from my grandfather who lived in north England. I think this is in the lake district area of north west England. Very interested in getting the actual location identified.

Where was I?

This town sits right on an invisible line that splits the world in two. Cross it, and you’ve stepped into a different kind of north—one shaped by snow, silence, and long traditions.
