I'm currently the lead of a Toronto grunge adjacent band but have been working on a side project that's a blend of dreampop, indie rock, and shoegaze. It's sort of a mix of the softer side of The Smashing Pumpkins, The Neighborhood, and Beach House. I'm mainly looking for a drummer and bassist right now, preferably in my age rage (18-23). I play lead guitar and sing but am open to a second guitarist as well. If you think this fits your vibe hit me up and we can take it from there!

Newly forming shoegaze/dreampop/postpunk inspired project in Hartford looking to write and record layered/melodic/atmospheric guitar based originals is looking for another guitarist.

Influences Airiel, Cocteau Twins, Slowdive, MBV, cure, Lemom Grass, Star Horse, Lush, DIIV, Chapterhouse, KOD, Tamaryn, etc.

We currently have drummer, bassist and guitarist and have a few demos in the works, but need another guitarist with similar influences and sensibilities to help fill out the songs and share in the writing process.

Hey looking to create an all female band. I am a vocalist and can play some instruments. Message if interested. US- NYC area

We are a cover band based in Manhattan and already have two guitarist/singers, a keyboardist/singer, and a drummer. I am one of the guitarists and singers. All of us have played in bands before (this is my 5th) so we are pretty experienced players. We are all 23-25 year old males and based in Manhattan.

This band started out as Grateful Dead jam sessions so we want to cover a lot of Grateful Dead material. But we also will be covering Steely Dan, The Backseat Lovers, Wilco, The Allman Brothers, ELO, and more. Kind of a mix of classic rock and indie rock with a lot of improvisation.

For background on me specifically, I am classically trained in singing and have played guitar for about 10 years. In college I played in a post-punk/post-hardcore band and a Midwest emo/indie rock band. I currently play in another indie rock band with a lot of math rock influences.

My favorite bands in include Radiohead, Queens of the Stone Age, Sunny Day Real Estate, Sonic Youth, Deftones, Pavement, Converge, Television and Fugazi (but this band will probably not go into that musical territory)

If you are a talented bassist who loves to improvise and is willing to practice about once every two weeks on weekends (not a huge time commitment) we would love to jam with you. If you can rip some jazz that’s a plus. Comment or DM if you are interested!

yo, I like Christian deathcore like impending doom and heavy metal like Demon Hunter, I need 2-3 ppl, a bassist, a guitarist, and possibly another guitarist bc some bands do that. i already have a drummer and I can scream so I'm gonna be the vocalist, I don't have any equipment yet though, but that could change. if you want to join this jerry rigged high school metal band, then you have to be a Christian, live in mid Michigan bc i don't want to have my guitarist drive 3 hours to practice, and still be in HS bc me and my drummer are young bois, so yeah, bassist, and a guitarist or 2 who are all Christian, leave a comment and I'll see if I can make my metal band dream come true.
