Band Name: Starless

Location: Northfield / Glenview / Chicago Area

Influences: Linkin Park, Breaking Benjamin, Sevendust, Three Days Grace, Disturbed.

We are Starless, a modern metal band based in the North Suburbs (Northfield/Glenview), and we are looking for a powerhouse lead vocalist to complete our lineup.

The Situation: We have an entire 11 song album fully written and demoed out. We are 100% ready to go. Our current goal is to head to NRG Studios to record the official album with producer Kyle Hoffmann as soon as the right vocalist is locked in.

Who we need:

• Age: 18–21.
• Style: High-energy melodic vocals with aggressive grit. Think the intensity of Chester Bennington mixed with the atmosphere of Benjamin Burnley.
• Commitment: We need someone insanely committed. We aren't looking for a hobbyist; we are looking for a brother to join the team, record this album, and hit the road for touring.
• Skill: Must be able to handle both melodic hooks and aggressive/heavy sections.

What we have:

• Professional gear (PRS, Mesa Boogie, etc.).
• Full album of material ready for vocals.
• Clear roadmap for recording and touring.

About me: I'm a high tenor singer still getting used to the sound of my voice lol. I can sort of play guitar and bass, but not that good tbh. I honestly just focus on singing, lyrics, songwriting.

I just want to collaborate with different artists of any skill level (preferably crappy like me) and learn something from everyone! Every one of us has a unique sense of music so we can learn so much from each other even from one session. I prefer in-person as well.
