As a 33 year old male who's now married and got kids, I've grown up as a nudist since I was 11 with my mom & 6 sisters. My wife (31) is a nudist too, her elder sister who's 39 took up nudism before her and got my wife into this lifestyle as well couple years before our marriage. My mother in law adopted this lifestyle because of me who's now 63 and enjoys the freedom of it. While my mom is experienced and is 57 who has influenced many others. Other than places where clothing is the only option, we don't wear anything and my kids are growing up as the same now.
Hey everyone! Thought id share my little story. We’re not naturists or nudists.. I have three older sisters two married and one divorced . We’ve always had some causal nudity or toplessness.
First time we went bare was in France , a long long time ago lol yes we’re old now. But it felt amazing. We travel a lot.
Second time I was with lisa(oldest) and Jennifer (middle) in Bali , the villa that we had was really nice and there was like a mini pool so we would swim naked in it. We’ve gotten older and it’s just really not that big of a deal being naked!
Anyway , thought I’d share this , anytime we go on vacations to a tropical or a hot place we normally don’t wear clothes and trust me it’s not weird lol
Maybe a spa? Breakfast in bed? How is it different from Father’s Day?
This would be perfect night skinny dipping weather but we just moved to a new city so can’t do it.
Every summer on our family camping trips we’d all head to the shower block together after a dusty day of hiking and swimming — me, my parents, my brothers, and sometimes cousins. The facilities were basic with big family stalls, so we just made it efficient and fun. We’d chat about the day, pass the soap, rinse off the lake water and campfire smell, and laugh at how fast the hot water ran out. It was practical and brought us closer; no one thought twice about it.
If one of the boys got an erection while we were all under the spray it was viewed as totally normal — just a natural guy thing that happens sometimes, especially with the cold water or morning wood vibes. We’d joke lightly about it or ignore it and keep rinsing off without making it weird. It was never a big deal or sexual; just part of family camping life and how bodies work. Those shared showers always left us clean, refreshed, and ready for s’mores by the fire. I still look back on those trips fondly as simple, wholesome family time.
Hello everyone!
I'm 29yo. Since my childhood I've experienced nudity. But I'm married for 4 years now the problem is my inlaws are conservative (including my husband). They are not comfortable with nudity while i miss being nude at home atleast..
I miss my home and i still remember we all use to go to trips even on naked beaches.
Anyone else going through it?
Thank you all for the Mother's Day wishes! Sometimes it seems too much or cliche, but I'm a single mom and it actually is appreciated!
Happy Mother's Day to all the other moms.
This is such a great community and I’m so glad to have found it. I’m a 26 year old girl living with my little brother. I’m really proud to say that in our time living on our own together, we’ve grown to be 100% comfortable spending time naked together. It’s been SO meaningful and powerful to see each other as brother and sister as our true, full selves, and I’m so glad there are others out there who can relate!
Happy Mother’s Day to my beautiful moms on here! You all have made this community such a safe and comforting place to be in. You all are amazing moms and should all be spoiled today! Thank you for all you do!
Happy Mother’s Day to all the moms on here
I hope you all have a great and blessed day tomorrow
Any plans for the day?
I hope you get all flowers and the love
Hi all, first time poster but long time lurker here! I (36F) am a single mom who has raised my son nudist since he was young. He's 15 now, obviously going through an age that is tough. I wanted to ask all of you with experience, did you guys do anything differently or wear more clothes around this time? Thanks in advance!
Just a random story I remembered from about a year ago. I took my boys swimming (we usually go every couple of weeks) and everything was normal as always. But this one time, I got confronted because I was comfortable with my boys not wearing clothes in the shower area.
An older woman, probably 60s came up to me and called me a ‘bad parent’ right infront of my kids.
I remember I just laughed, in fact I actually laughed right at her. What does she know about us or what works for our family? They’re young kids, there’s nothing strange about it. If anything, I thought her reaction said more about her than it did about me. Maybe I’m crazy but is that not exactly what a shower is for, I have thankfully never seen her since although I wish I actually had done just because I’d love to ask her what is best, as she’s obviously the role model 🥱
Curious if anyone else has had similar experiences? maybe even with family members saying that the lifestyle isn’t for kids ect. I know people can be uptight about nudism.
Looking forward to becoming parents here soon. Any advice or strategies that helped aid yours?
I was at our naturist club at the weekend and got a few very itchy fly bits that have swollen up around my shins and on my foreskin. They’re itching an ache when I walk. Has anyone got any remedies that actually work, stop the itching or reduce the swelling, please.
To he honest my sister and I would much rather have a quick shower to stay clean then worry about carrying a towel all over the house
Kind of interesting how nudism is practiced in different parts of the world. In American culture undergarments like bras openly in public is normalized but anything more is found to be inappropriate. But when u go to Scandinavian countries public saunas and nudity are common and practiced both with friends and strangers.
Traveling around the world (and even within the country), what are some things you have learnt?
Hey y'all, I think I got a new job, but I was asking to see what's y'all plans for Memorial Day weekend coming up.
But I might be working on Memorial day weekend at SeaWorld. If y'all head to SeaWorld, I can get y'all in for free. Plus I'm still hosting my party on the night before.
If I got the job, it'll take me a while to get back up and try again.
I might head back to Star Ranch soon again to hang out with the nudist family and friends I know. They said if I head back, they have a extra bed for me to sleep so I don't have to worry about getting a room, tent, and a cabin. The nudist family I know, since I met them, gave me love, peace, happiness, kindness and treats me like family.
They said they might head to SeaWorld in June soon, but I told them to let me know 3 weekends ahead of time so I can take time off work to spend time with them. The dad said that if he wins the lottery, he'll hook me up, me and him can be partners of the nudist community. I thanked him, I'm very grateful to have them as my family.
What's y'all plans for Memorial Day weekend?
It’s summer time! Curious do you guys actually put sunscreen everywhere? We are more indoor nudists so never really had to go outside nude so curious. Are there areas where it’s more of a focus than others?
I’d love to hear feedback or chat with other. I grew up nudist and it’s not always easy to find others with similar experiences
Let’s be honest, out of all the people at resorts, there are probably a few who go with alternative reasons. People thinking it’ll be a nice show watching people plus maybe they can get some sex. Then there are also people who might be there because they want to see children. Those are just some of the risks associated with going to nudist resorts. What do you or resorts do to mitigate them? How do you keep your children safe?
Same goes for beaches and other public outlets. Like in Europe I think saunas are common
Edit: for some reason it says 3 comments but I can only see 1
