I reported my cyberstalker to the FBI

I've been homeless for a while now, I used to do SW. Ever since I changed my ways and started crochet, jewelry making and practically using other ways to make money then my body, (not in a bad way) but in a "I can stop being controlled by men with money" type of way and felt relief. Since then, a stalker, I have no idea who, because they use my own face and name for everything. They twist my past, say horrible things to make it look bad(they are talking of 18 year old me btw. I'm 24 now!), they harass my friends who are homeless and even disabled, they constantly want me to not have any help so I am stuck starving and stranded outside. But I haven't stopped posting my book, my handmade shop, and continuously trying to make better connections and find genuine people. Today, I finally made the step to report their cyberstalking to the FBI crime page. I'm hoping they at least do something. Twitter reports do nothing bc we know Elon doesn't care for his users. I just feel good now that I told someone and stopped being scared of this person.

I interviewed a retired FBI agent about the profiler myth. Her answer surprised me.

I sat down with Jerri Williams recently. 26 years in the Bureau working fraud and corporate corruption in Philadelphia. She now runs a podcast with nearly 10 million downloads where she only interviews retired FBI agents. I asked her about profilers. You know the ones. Every crime show has them hunting serial killers through dark hallways. She laughed. She said profilers are back in their office reviewing files. They’re consultants. They’re not the ones running down suspects. The active investigators bring cases to them when they’re stuck not the other way around. The other one that got me was the FBI doesn’t play well with others thing. She said they run over 240 joint task forces. In most communities they already know local law enforcement before anything happens. She also talked about her first four years. Serious imposter syndrome. Looking around at the people she worked with and genuinely wondering if she belonged there. It took a while before she stopped listening to the external voices and trusted her own. Her definition of confidence is the thing I keep thinking about. She said it’s not walking in saying I’ve got this. It’s walking in completely out of your depth, taking a breath, and knowing you’ll find your way through it.

Is a criminal justice major useful

Title says most of it, I’m thinking of CJ but I read somewhere that it isn’t that useful. Any better majors for federal law enforcement or CIA?

What does an "average" day in the life of special agent with financial expertise look like?

I know each day varies, so "average" is a loose term. I keep seeing FBI Special Agent: CPA/Accounting/Finance Expertise pop up on my job search... and I am tempted.

I have my bachelors in business with a minor in finance, and am currently getting my MBA with a concentration in analytics. I've been working in accounting for the past 5 years, and spent 6 years in the Army (reserve).
I am really tempted to increase my fitness and apply. I am just wondering what an average day looks like, and if there is any type of work/life balance?

i just want to follow my dreams

hi, i’m a student at a midsized university in connecticut. i have dreamed of being an fbi agent since i was 12 when a retired fbi agent visited my middle school for career day. i just thought that guy was so cool! i’m now 20 and majoring in data science and still dream of becoming a data analyst for the fbi. it’s so difficult with this job market. i want to apply for the summer 2028 program (which would be post graduation) and i want to start off with any data analyst internship, but this job market is so unforgiving. i just want to make it out for my family. i come from a low income family, and we have faced so much hardship and just a lot of stress to even put me through college. i just want to make some connections and some advice. this has been a dream of mine for a long time. i just feel so discouraged.

SRAU Career Aspirations

Hi guys! I saw this description of the Scientific Response and Analysis Unit on the FBI site for Law Enforcement Resources, and it looks really interesting to me. I am going to start school for my bachelor's in chemical engineering this fall, and I was wondering if anyone knew of any specific jobs that fit this description (basically that I get to work with the listed hazards in the field and in the lab) that I could obtain with this degree after I graduate.

I think it’s dumb af that you need a degree to be a SA

You could work at NSA, or at JSOC, or be some green beret, or be an advanced computer network hacker, but still not meet the requirements for FBI SA cuz you don’t have a 4 year degree.

wtf.
Sorry friends, just had to vent. I’m kinda going through a mid life crisis rn.

Phase 2 interview passed. Next?

Just passed phase 2 interview. I applied on December 10 2025. Can anyone give an anticipated timeline of when I could go to the academy given I pass the background and poly? I’ve been in the military since sept 2022 with a secret clearance.

Late scientist’s chilling warning resurfaces in Fox Nation special on missing researchers

The FBI and military intelligence are investigating. In addition to death threats, Amy Eskridge observed a mysterious mechanism causing her pain and visible burns on the body, and she said it also burned her blinders.

It matches an undocumented black project used by a clandestine unit of some intelligence agency. Many victims complain about it. They show their burns, but they cannot prove what causes them.

Victims lack a method to trace the observed effect back to its causing stimulus. Victims observe it happens from a distance. Probably, there is an unconventional weapon system capable of targeting anybody. It is operated while remaining undocumented. This unconventional weapon formally does not exist. It is used with plausible deniability.
