Berlin: Pro-Russian symbols at May 9 rally

Soviet flags and Russian symbols appeared in the heart of Berlin on May 9 as the Russian Embassy held a “Victory Day” rally.
Gathering at the city’s Soviet War Memorial, supporters carried flags and iconography that have become synonymous with Russia’s ongoing full-scale invasion of Ukraine.

Just got back from my latest event and wanted to share a few moments with you all.

We spent the day setting up a small field camp in a wooded area.

The atmosphere was a great mix between more serious moments and just enjoying time with others who share the same passion.

If anyone has feedback or tips to improve the setup, I’m always open to suggestions.

I have already been told about the regulations on the closed collar (I confused it with the winter regulations)

Incredibly rare snap button East German handcuff pouch. These were issued to Deinsteinheit IX and other MdI units in the final years of East Germany. This also has two black leather snap button Makarov magazine pouches. Right hand draw drop leg holster. Look at the final photo for reference. Handcuffs and key are included! GUN AND MAGAZINE NOT INCLUDED!

Looking to get around $825 USD or you can make me an offer, I will ship international. PayPal Goods and services with provided tracking ONLY. Don’t miss out here guys.

Posting this question to the experts as I can't seem to find good consensus on this, surprisingly.

I have a VoPo Wachtmeister uniform I'm finishing up, and I'm confused as to which belt (if any) is worn with it. Right now I have a brown leather belt with matching Makarov holster, which I've seen in some pictures, but others show a black leather belt with square buckle, and still others show no belt at all. What's the regulation for a late 80s VoPo belt for the everyday patrol uniform?

East German P1001

East Germany’s Unlicensed Walther clone, the P1001. I’ve finally got my hands on one in excellent condition! It’s chambered in .32 ACP. The grips are Bakelite which has a red tint to them. The quality is typical of East German firearms, so I’m highly satisfied with this!

2 big questions

Question 1 - Why is my strichtarn so green?
Question 2- are boots rare to come by? I’ve been looking high and low for some East German jackboots and I’ve found absolutely nothing.

Please help!

Recently I purchased this East German (at least I think it is) top and hat at a thrift shop near my house. However I am unsure what exactly it is. I think it's a police officer's uniform but I could be wrong. Anyone else reconize it?

I generally don't mind the smell, but it does give me headaches. It also greatly displeases my mom, and I hate to her upset. A lot of what I own are the service uniforms, and I don't know of any safe method of getting rid of the smell. Do any of you have any experiences or recommendations?

Thank you for your time.

Zivilverteidigung.com Website

More on my Website about the Luftschutz and Zivilverteidigung: Zivilverteidigung.com

Today we have a real rarity from the collection: a double-breasted suit for officers of the LS from the late 1960s, very rare to find today.

Please show me what you have from Luftschutz or Zivilverteidigung.

Question of german railway uniform

I purchased this German railway uniform (1988–1994 version) for 120,000 KRW (approximately 82 USD).

However, I am curious about the rank indicated by the shoulder boards: Reichsbahn-Obersekretär (Ranggruppe II), translated as Railway Chief Secretary (2nd Rank Group). I would like to know what level of position or status this rank held within the railway administration.

In addition, there is a visible trace on the shirt, approximately 10 cm in length, where a ribbon bar appears to have been removed. From a historical accuracy standpoint, which decorations or ribbon bars would be appropriate for this uniform?
