Spotted a figure in the back of love and monsters. Anyone have any idea who it is?

"I hear that the 2026 Xmas special will act as a finale to this incarnation of the show, it's a huge celebration and feel like a bit of a blockbuster. However the show will not be ending completely and will return for a new series down the line - but whilst not a complete reboot the new series will be the closest thing we've ever had to a reboot since the show began in 1963. Expect a scaled back and somewhat more mature incarnation of the show. The BBCs strategy is to start small, build up a strong and stable audience again (particularly targeting young adult audiences and above) and slowly grow from there. Jack Thorne was in discussions to take over a few months ago, but no idea how far those discussions got"
Series 2 is an interesting beast. It provides some of the highest heights in the show but there is also some utter rubbish. I enjoyed it more this time round. 10 and Rose are okay but the relationship they have isn’t one of my favourites. Doomsday left a much bigger impression on me this time and it’s much better than I remember. The Satan 2 parter is my favourite tennant story though and I can’t see that changing this time round, it’s brilliant! Overall, this series is good but inconsistent in its episode quality.

Davies is giving a talk on his career and future plans next Friday. I'm not expecting much but at this point even just confirming the shooting dates would be something.
And if he did want to throw in that this will be his last episode, well, it is my birthday next week as well.

What I find interesting is how their dynamic still shapes things even years later. It’s not just about one era anymore, it keeps echoing through the show. Do you think it adds to the story or is it starting to feel overused?
