How far does he go ?

Out of boredom i found all scans where gege calls someone weak strong or super strong

The ONLY characters who are called super/extremely strong are - yuta hakari and jogo

Naobito miguel are just strong

Heaven defiling scorching mountain supreme true flame emperor, Jogo:

A cursed spirit that through constant rebirth and self reflection has abandoned her innate destructive nature, having chosen to live a simple yet fulfilling life as a gardener deep within the woods she resides in, casting misfortune upon the wicked and offering guidance to those who get lost. If the idea of man is the grand effigy embodying man's capacity for greatness, then Mahito is the embodiment of man's desire to indulge in degeneracy and sin without consequence, the want to do evil without harm to one's self. He is the voice at the back of one's head telling you to give into temptation, that your unhealthy habits and addictions are something natural you shouldn't try to break away from, that there is no need to improve one's self or go out of your way to help those in need.

Sea conquering Abyssal emperor, Dagon:

An originally cannibalistic monster that used to unleash his relentless wrath upon the world, he has long since changed his ways after his encounter with Hanami, having adopted her philosophy and further elaborated upon it. His purpose has changed from relentless devastation to finding ways to make life flourish within the sea, now spending his time preventing the extinction of endangered species and undoing the pollution man has unleashed into the seas. While he still unleashes his wrath upon those who dare keep on harming the sea, his manner of doing so has changed, now directed upon the corporations and governments who do not act to try preventing or undoing the damage they cause.

Like tiny grains of salt gathering at the bottom of the sea, people are to build mountains through good deeds, connections, and achievements, becoming a blessing upon the world and those they cherish. Building a mountain of salt may be perhaps the fastest way for mortals to reach the havens, only then may humanity be able to escape from the clutches of Devil lord Mahito.
